Her story
Built from passion.
Proven by results.
Alyssa is not an influencer who decided to get into fitness. She is a competitive dancer turned anatomy scholar, yoga and pilates teacher, and one of the most sought-after trainers in Los Angeles. Better Days is where everything she has learned comes together.
Movement has been at the center of her life since she was a child. Competitive dance led her to study the body with a depth most trainers never reach. That pursuit led to yoga, to pilates, to strength training, and eventually to a client list that speaks for itself. She did not stumble into this industry. She grew into it, one discipline at a time, driven by a genuine love for what the human body is capable of.
The yoga was personal before it was professional. When Alyssa broke her back, she was given a narrow set of options. She refused them. Through yoga and intentional movement, she rebuilt herself from the inside out. That experience did not just change her body. It changed how she coaches. She became a yoga teacher because of what it did for her. She believes movement is medicine because she lived it. And she has never once coached from a place of punishment because she knows that is not how lasting change works.
This platform exists for the woman who is ready for something real. Alyssa is shaping it around you. Your goals, your challenges, your progress. If you show up, she shows up. That is the deal.
The approach
Training built around
how you actually live.
Alyssa's method draws from dance, pilates, strength training, and yoga. Not because variety is trendy, but because the body needs all of it. Mobility without strength does not last. Strength without mobility leads to injury. Her programs build both.
Certified Personal Trainer
Certified in strength and conditioning with a focus on functional movement, form, and long-term results over quick fixes.
Yoga Teacher
500-hour certified yoga instructor. Breathwork, mobility, and mental reset are woven into every program she builds.
Tracy Anderson Alum
Trained in the Tracy Anderson Method. Alyssa took what worked, left what didn't, and added the form first coaching that was always missing.
Dance Scholar
Years of competitive dance, anatomy courses and formal training inform how Alyssa thinks about posture, movement quality, and body awareness.
Celebrity Trainer
Trusted by top clients in the entertainment industry. Discretion, results, and adaptability are non-negotiable.
Based in Los Angeles
Training in-person and virtually from LA. Her digital programs bring the same level of coaching to women everywhere.
What she believes
The principles
behind the work.
-
Consistency beats intensity. Showing up six days a week for a moderate workout will always outperform going all-out twice a month.
-
Form is everything. One perfect rep does more than ten sloppy ones. This is where most programs fail you.
-
Nutrition is not punishment. Food is fuel. Learning to eat well is a skill, not a sacrifice.
-
Rest is part of the program. Recovery is where your body actually changes. Sleep, mobility, and breathwork are not optional.
-
You are never starting over. Every time you come back, you bring more knowledge than you had before. That is the advantage, not the setback.
